Katerina Lilli

Katerina Lilli is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Crete (EMBER Lab). She holds an MEng in Structural Engineering, an MSc in Environmental Engineering, and a PhD focused on Nature-Based Solutions, urban health, and well-being. Her work integrates applied research and practice in climate adaptation, urban resilience, energy efficiency, and health promotion. She has held leading roles in EU, national, and international research projects (e.g. Horizon 2020, LIFE etc.), as well as private-sector energy efficiency projects in the residential and commercial sectors. With strong expertise in project management, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement, she effectively bridges academia, industry, and policy to advance sustainable urban transformation and citizen well-being.
